Career Informer for the HR Department (G1) at the Air Defense Regiment

The Air Defense Regiment, Lv 6, is now looking for a career informer for the HR department (G1) who wants to contribute to the growth of the Armed Forces by informing about the various career opportunities available within the Armed Forces. About the HR Department, G1

The HR department is part of the regiment staff at Lv 6. The department, led by the HR manager, is divided into two sections: personnel services and HR, each led by a section manager. Within the HR section, there is an attraction team consisting of career informers and school informers, coordinated by the recruitment coordinator.

Main Responsibilities

Your main task as a career informer is to inspire young people in the community to complete basic military training with conscription and to encourage more conscripts to continue their engagement in the Armed Forces. You will do this by participating in central fairs and events and during admission tests at the National Service and Recruitment Agency, where you will support and talk to applicants.

As a career informer, you will assist the recruitment coordinator in implementing the planned recruitment activities and attraction-promoting measures. You will also support the regiment staff with other tasks as needed. You will contribute to the development of methods, processes, guidelines, and tools within the area of recruitment and career information.

Qualifications

• Completed and approved military basic training with conscription
• Driver's license, manual transmission
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing
• Approved high school grades in core subjects

We also appreciate a knack for administrative tasks. Experience in speaking before groups and giving presentations is a significant plus!

Meritorious

• Group leader training

Other

Employment form: The employment is based on the FM agreement for the employment of group leaders, soldiers, and sailors (GSS/K) and is a military employment. This means a fixed-term employment of up to eight years with the possibility of extension for four years. The employment begins with a six-month probationary period.

Working degree: Full-time

Working hours: 40 hours/week, working hours may be scheduled outside regular working hours

Work location: Halmstad, travel may occur

Start date as soon as possible or as agreed
